THE OIL MILL

Olive producers since 1902 with several ha of olive trees in Buis-Les-Baronnies and Bénivay-Ollon, Knight of the Brotherhood of the Olivier de Nyons.

Tench is the emblematic variety of the Pays des Baronnies Provençale.

It produces beautiful, wrinkled fruits that characterize

this olive with their abundant, supple and creamy pulp.

OLIVE OIL

Organic PDO Nyons olive oil is a first-pressed extra virgin oil cold extracted in our own oil mill.

We have only one variety of olive, the tench, which is milled within 24 to 48 hours after picking, which makes this oil soft and fruity and guarantees superior quality oil.
