Pear is a very powerful fruit, everyone knows it!

The fruits are seeded and balanced before being crushed and fermented for several weeks.

The distillation is carried out with our high quality Holstein Column still.

Distilled over a wood fire to keep the tradition, we separate the head and the tail of the distillation to keep the most aromatic part "the heart".

Aged in demijohn for over a year to round off the aromatic bouquet

Pear brandy is known for its very pronounced aromas and its length in the mouth.
