Everyone knows the Spritz cocktail!

 We have declined it as an aperitif to taste it directly but also as a cocktail.

 A mixture of citrus fruits and spices macerated in our green apple brandy reminiscent of manzana.

 It finds its balance between acidity, bitterness and sweetness.

 An aperitif to serve chilled between 8 and 10 °

 On ice or in a long cocktail of prosseco with a dash of sparkling water and a slice of orange.

 Visual: shiny, salmon, golden reflection

 Nose: citrus, orange blossom, subtle spicy note

 In the mouth: lively, bitter almond, grapefruit, warm, sweet

 strong persistence of grapefruit citrus fruit with a long finish.
