Traditional family recipe

Picked green on Midsummer's Day, the nuts are still green and milky with very tender kernels.

They are cut into pieces, macerated for several months in our organic Chardonnay brandy aged in Dame Jeanne for over a year.

Added to a red wine from the Coteaux des Baronnies, a typical recipe from our region.

An aperitif to consume, with a starter, in culinary preparations or as an accompaniment to cheese or dessert.

Serve chilled between 8 and 10 °

Visual: amber brown color, bright golden red-orange reflection.

nose: woody, red fruit (ripe cherry), torified grain, nuts

Palate: powerful, clean, frank, tannin
