it is the cousin of the apple and the pear with a very pronounced smell.

The quinces are crushed, pressed and macerated for several months in our quince brandy merged with a white chardonnay wine.

It is served chilled (between 8 ° and 10 °)

Appearance: straw yellow, shiny, white gold undertone

Nose: Quince paste, apple, ripe pineapple
